The classic cheesecake has been enriched with blueberry mousse and this is how the blueberry cheesecake strain was made. In this issue, the cheesecake tastes much better and looks beautiful on every table.

Prepare the following ingredients: For the cheesecake: 1 kg of cottage cheese, 3 eggs, a glass of fine sugar, vanilla sugar, 2 tablespoons of potato flour, 2 teaspoons of baking powder, 50 tablespoons of butter, 1 teaspoon of lemon juice For mousse: a dag of fresh berries and jelly

Grind the soft butter until smooth. Gradually pour sugar and continue rubbing until smooth. Without interrupting grinding, we hit the egg. Then add cottage cheese, vanilla sugar, potato flour mixed with baking powder and lemon juice in several parts. Then mix thoroughly. The finished cheese mass is placed on a small rectangular tray lined with baking paper. We put in the preheated oven to degrees and bake until browning. After baking, leave the cheesecake in the oven with the door ajar. Then remove from the oven and allow to cool completely.

Blend washed berries with a blender. We put in a bowl and mix with a blender. Then pour the mousse into a saucepan. We put the saucepan on medium heat. in the next step mix the mousse and bring to a boil. We dissolve the jelly powder in a hot mousse while stirring intensively. Take the saucepan off the heat. We leave the berry mousse in a cool place for light concentration.

We put an even layer of solidifying blueberry mousse on the cooled cheesecake. We put the cheesecake in the fridge for a few hours to concentrate. Blueberry cheesecake strain is done! We can serve this type of cheesecake throughout the year. However, it tastes best during the summer. Certainly it will be the decoration of our table during summer parties and meetings with friends.
